COVID-19 UPDATE

March 23, 2020

Today, we sent out an email update which can be viewed here. However, we wanted to include the content of that email on our website as well. It reads:

To our valued customers and suppliers,

Following CDC guidelines, PFG is being proactive to maintain a safe and clean work space. This includes restricting public access, social distancing between operators and in common areas, implementing new cleaning procedures throughout the facility, and postponing all travel plans until further notice. Those who can work remotely have already begun to do so.  Anyone working remote has full access to our secure network, and all phone services are being forwarded.

PFG is continuing to monitor COVID-19.  Our team is meeting daily to mitigate risk and implement new CDC recommendations as this continues to change. We are dedicated to serving our customers and keeping our employees safe and healthy.  Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

From our PFG team to yours, we wish that everyone stay safe during this challenging time.

For those that need it, you can find the CDC guidelines here. Please take care of yourselves and stay informed.

SPIE DCS – New Digital Forum

Due to the spread of Covid-19, otherwise known as the coronavirus, SPIE Defense + Commercial Sensing announced a new digital forum. This announcement made on March 16, 2020 outlines the details. We are anticipating more details to come.

While we are saddened about the cancellation of the live convention in Anaheim, CA, we understand and appreciate SPIE’s decision. They are following the guidance of the CDC, WHO, and local authorities. At PFG, we are also taking precautions to assure the health and safety of our employees. We have set up sanitizing stations, implemented cleaning guidelines, and distributed cleaning supplies to everyone in our facility.

Although we will miss interacting with industry professionals in person, we are looking forward to the digital forum. We hope to see improvements in the Covid-19 situation soon.
