Courtney has more than 40 years of leadership experience in precision optics manufacturing. An early adopter of CNC lens fabrication technology in the United States, Courtney brought one of the first large-scale installations to the market, as well as establishing PFG’s thin-film coating department. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Trevor Green
Sales Manager
Trevor is Sales Manager at PFG Precision Optics, specializing in connecting advanced optical manufacturing with real-world applications, particularly in defense and high-performance systems. He’s known for his clear, practical approach and ability to guide customers from design to production. Based on the Gulf Coast, he enjoys fishing, family time, and hands-on projects.
Kyle Fortenberry
Operations Manager
Building on over 15 years of experience in the optics industry, Kyle manages operations for PFG, including fabrication, coating, and assembly departments. Kyle previously held the Lead Coatings Engineer position, and brings a deep understanding of optics to his role. Kyle is also involved in new product engineering initiatives as well as driving company culture. Kyle enjoys spending time with family, as well as boating, woodworking, and scuba diving.
Stephanie Park
Sales Engineer
Stephanie Park is a Sales Engineer at PFG Precision Optics, supporting customer programs from initial inquiry through production and delivery. She manages quoting, procurement, and order execution while building strong customer relationships. She holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and enjoys family time, travel, and community volunteering.
